Store Plans and Layouts

th?nk can provide you with a full store layout drawing service. We can do this by post if you can provide a scale drawing for us to work from, or we can visit you and produce the scale drawing as well if you should want.

All you will need to do is provide a list of sections you want to include and a breakdown of sales by department as a % of store turnover. You should also tell us if you have any special requirements. We will contact you and talk through your detailed requirements before we draw the plan.

th?nk can provide this service as part of a refit or as a stand-alone service and whether you have a food shop, a shoe shop, a hairdressers or any kind of shop, we can come up with a plan to satisfy your needs.

Full colour CAD store layout drawings can be produced using one of two methods.

You provide us with an outline drawing and data for your layout which the CAD system operator turns into a retail layout drawing

Costs

2D Plan is the bird’s eye view of the shop floor with blocks representing fixtures and fittings. 2 x copies posted to you.

Store size up to 50 sq metres	= £89
Store size from 50 sq metres to 100 sq metres	= £109
Store sizes over 100 sq metres	= £119

3D Plan is the above with added advantage of 3D perspective. You will get 2 copies of both the 2D and the 3D plans posted to you

Store size from 50 sq metres to 100 sq metres	= £129
Store sizes over 100 sq metres	= £159

Rendered Plan is a full colour 2D and 3D plan which is of photo quality. You will get 2 copies posted to you.

Alternatively our plan production operator can visit your site to measure it from scratch and collect the data to allow a CAD system produced retail layout drawing to be produced, but from the measurements we take. Just add £250 to prices shown above
