Think Retail Solutions Limited complies with Rule 9 (Referrals of Business) of the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007  http://www.sra.org.uk/code-of-conduct/219.article permitted by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to pay introducers of work for referrals subject to the conditions set out in the Code.  The purpose of the Code is to safeguard clients' interests by protecting solicitors' independence. 
Think Retail Solutions Limited and Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons have entered into a referral agreement.  Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons will pay to Think Retail Solutions Limited a referral fee on any matters referred via the enquiry form which results in instructions to Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons. 
The payment of a referral fee is not an additional cost to you and therefore the discounted price quoted is the price you pay.
Further for each enquiry form received Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons will make a 10 pence charitable donation to the  Harbour Cancer Support Centre . 
The agreement between Think Retail Solutions Limited and Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons in no way affects Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons' professional judgment in respect of the advice given to you or the services provided.

Liquor licensing Plans

On some occasions you will need to submit a store layout plan with your liquor licence application and we at th?nk are able to provide a full plan drawing service to do this work for you at a very cost effective price.

Plans are required for a new premises licence or for a variation of an existing licence where the layout changes.   The plan attached to the existing premises licence is a condition on the licence and any change to it therefore requires an application to be made.  So if you move the position of the tills, extend the shop floor into the warehouse, or similar, you should be telling the local authority about it by submitting a new plan and asking for a variation to the licence.
